5. Payments, Refunds & Billing

Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms including:

  • Whop

  • Stripe

  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers such as Affirm, Afterpay, or Shop Pay

Refund Policy

Better-Than-Money-Back 60-Day Guarantee

Customers are eligible for the following guarantee:

Use the Mobile Home Elite Squad system for 60 days, including:

  • Following the training

  • Using the AI tools

  • Implementing the strategies provided

If the user does not find at least one profitable deal within 60 days, they may:

  • Request a refund of the $497 purchase price, AND

  • Receive additional one-on-one coaching support until their first deal is achieved

Subscriptions

This product includes a recurring subscription:

  • $497 one-time payment, plus

  • $47 per month ongoing for continued access to community, coaching, and software tools

Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscription if they no longer wish to continue.

All course materials, videos, training modules, templates, downloads, AI tools, and systems are the exclusive intellectual property of:

Users may not:

Payment information is processed securely by third-party platforms such as Whop and Stripe and is not stored by us.

Accordingly:

  • Financial outcomes

  • Business performance

  • Revenue results

All outcomes depend on the user’s:

  • Skill

  • Effort

  • Personal circumstances

  • Ability to implement the material

No income claims are guaranteed.

Aside from the stated 60-Day Better-Than-Money-Back Guarantee, no additional warranties, guarantees, or promises of results are made or implied.

9. Termination of Access

Unless otherwise specified:

Access to purchased content remains active unless removed due to a violation of these Terms.

Access may be revoked if a user:

  • Violates community guidelines

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
